Tuesday food

am- wasa bread, peanut butter

10 am- tuna, wasa bread, veggies

1 pm- sushi

4 pm- almonds, banana

7 pm- noodles, chicken, steamed veggies



Wednesday food

8 am- power bar

10:30 am- wasa bread, peanut butter

12 pm- tuna, nectarine

3 pm- peanuts, banana

7 pm- (overate for dinner)
persian:

bread, baba, tabouleh, hummous, 1 grape leaf.
